Pure Pilates 

Classes are classical based with, founder, Joseph H. Pilates in mind. With the focus on core strength, Pilates will also tone your entire body, working those stubborn areas, lower abs, buttocks, hips and thighs all while increasing strength and flexibility. It will improve posture, balance, coordination and concentration.

 

Because our classes are what we like to call "Mindful Pilates", each class is dedicated to focus and body awareness, beginning each class with a sequence of centering and breath work as we settle in and begin to connect with our body and it's  needs at that particular moment. Additional awareness is placed on proper Pilates breathing, postural alignment, spinal and pelvic placement. Gareented to get a great total body workout and walk away feeling Relaxed, Reshaped & Rejuvanated.

 

 

Pure Yoga

Step into a room of inspiring poses that will stretch and open up areas known for stiffness and weakness. Made for all levels, our classes consist of Flow Yoga(Vynasana), Restorative, Theraputic and Yogalates. No matter which class you choose, you will always feel welcomed, inspired, and challenged.

 

Many of our clients suffer from various illnesses, including fibromyalgia, arthritis, MS, Lupus, physical therapy patients, elderly and more. Although clients of this particular group is encouraged to participate in private sessions prior to joining a group setting, most are able to join a group setting after a few privates.
