Pure Nutritition

I am extremely excited to be working with you. Choosing to work with a nutrition can really allow for greater success!

 

My nutritional services offer a holistic approach that does not follow the traditional STANDARD American Diet, I like to refer to as SAD! It's very individualized and tailored to your specific goals and current lifestyle needs. It will including both nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. Initial  consultation is $80.00 and $45 each additional session. 


I have two plans for you to pick from. The first I like to use for clients who need more hands on nutritional guidance. We work together over 4 sessions. Adding, evaluating and adjusting at each session.



Plan 1: 


Could include plans for the following ailments: 

 

Weight loss resistance

Auto-immune

Inflammatory illness

Anxiety

Gastrointestinal

Together we will identify and eliminating processed, artificial, and trigger foods. Then add nutrient dense foods, work on gut health, determine outside barriers and adopt a stress/life style management plan to assist with your program.  

 

Nutritional Protocol including:

 

1. Dietary Modifications
2. Nutrition Supplementation guidance         

3. Lifestyle Modifications
4. Complementary Therapies
5. Medical Recommendations & Coping Mechanisms
    Along with Shopping list, food avoidance list, friendly recipes, supplementation list     (where to buy supplements), 5 minute Relaxation Response and Breath work for       stress management, Recommendation Check List
    Also weekly check-ins, via, email, text and/or phone. 

Plan 2:
This is a 21 Day Clean Eating/Detox Program with an elimination diet. The full program is starts at $125.

 

There are 4 Steps. 
1.  Pre-program (preparing for program, removal of trigger foods, including shopping      list, obtaining supplements, meal prep, etc.)
2. Clean phase ( begin program following your DETAILED routine)

3. Add relaxation techniques(sleep and stress management is a major component       in the program)
4. Reintroduction phase (testing trigger foods for reactions) NOTE: trigger foods are     foods that you may have become intolerant to over time. These foods can cause       weight loss resistance, headaches, skin irration, gastrointestinal distress, fatigue       and inflammation. 

 

Plan Will include:
1. Detailed plan from what to eat from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. 2. Allowed foods/ Avoidance foods list
3. Shake options and recipes 
4. Supplement list and where to buy
5. Relaxation guidance
6. Clean meals tips and ideas
7. Making the most of your program guide
8. Reintroduction Guide with personalized assistance.
